Hi, I’m Yana, a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Yoga/Pilates coach. My journey into fitness and wellness began with my own struggles managing PC
OS, severe acne, pre-diabetes, autoimmune diabetes, and hormonal imbalances. These experiences motivated me to pursue a career in fitness, and I became a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor in 2019.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching both in-person and online, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. I’m also a qualified yoga and Pilates instructor, practices that have been instrumental in my own healing journey. Through this, I discovered my passion for helping others and am dedicated to sharing these practices with women who face similar challenges.
Specialising in women’s health and fitness, I offer personalised coaching both online and face-to-face. I believe there’s a significant gap in research on women’s fitness, and I’m committed to bridging that gap. In my spare time, I actively learn more about women’s health to provide better support and guidance for the women I coach.
